Work up a sweat.

Vigorous work-outs - when you're breathing hard and sweating - help your heart pump better, give you more energy and help you look and feel best. Start with a warm-up that stretches your muscles. Include 20 minutes of aerobic activity, such as running, jogging, or dancing. Follow-up with activities that help make you stronger such as push-ups or lifting weights. Then cool-down with more stretching and deep breathing.

Welcome to The Health Challenge. Exercising can get boring sometimes and no one likes exercising alone. If you exercise with a friend you can be at the whims of their schedules and it can just get in the way.

The Health Challenge is a way to add a competive aspect to exercise without being subject to the schedule of someone else!

How does it work?

Exercising doesn't have to be boring. You don't have to do it alone!

Sign up and challenge a friend to get healthy with you. Log your exercises and see how you stack up against your friends! Are they slacking? Talk some trash to motivate them!

For you? Nothing. Not a single cent. We like you, we want you to be healthier. We do not charge invidivuals, nor do we run google ads.

How are you funded?

Organizations that wish to foster better teamwork and also have healthier employees pay us a nominal fee. We also provide health promotion/motivation services upon request.
